Annual block administration
£140 per flat per year, with a £750 minimum annual fee. 12-month minimum contract, renewed annually.

A typical 10-flat block pays £1,400 a year — around half what a managing agent charges for the same statutory work. Fees are fixed annually per block, with a £750 minimum for the smallest blocks. We'll confirm your exact fee at the free compliance review before you commit to anything.
What's included in your annual fee
The subscription covers everything your block needs to stay statutory compliant throughout the year. A small number of services that arise only occasionally are charged separately — you'll always know the fee in advance.
